By being qualified will bring knowledge. I have all my Staff qualified. We are the top sellers and listers in the area now. Fees have remained the same but the recognition is making a difference.

What you have to remember. The High Street Agents have all the experience and have a strong presence. On line Agents have very little experience and no presence on theHigh Street. All High Street Agents have restructured and this is now paying off. I would like to see all Estate Agents with Industry Qualification. This would end On Line Competiotion.

I was watching Question time last night. They were talking about the Grenville disaster. The Council went for the cheap option and put cladding on the outside and 72 people died. What I would remind everyone is cheapest is not always best. To my fellow High Street Agents. Change with the times don't cheapen yourself as you do a great job. Maximising profit for Clients. The key is this. On line look at the cheap option and sell at any price. High Street Agents actually work for the client to maximise there profit.

Move 2 Ayrshire Estate Agents are the most Qualified Agent within North Ayrshire. We have 3 Qualified members of staff. The business in going from strength to strength due to this factor. Retention is good Fees are good but not excessive. Go for it guys as it will make you stand out from the online guys.

What ON didn't say was how much money they lost Vendors by selling at any price to get there fee. High street Agents hold your head high. High street Agents work hard to get the Maximum for there clients
