The Guild of Professional Estate Agents has followed in the steps on the ESTAS awards by linking up with a reviews and customer analytics platform to encourage more feedback on its members.
The Guild’s member agents will be able to use the platform, Feefo, to collect and display genuine reviews and ratings from customers.
"The relationship will not only enable the public to make more informed selections between estate agents, but ultimately improve customer satisfaction and build trust” says Guild spokesman Marcus Whewell.

Sounds like a good idea, but these review sites can be more trouble than they're worth. And, in some cases, the feedback you receive isn't the sort of feedback you really want to hear!
