ESTAS ends 10 year relationship with Zoopla

Customer review and awards platform the ESTAS is parting company with headline partner Zoopla after 10 years.

The founder of The ESTAS Group, Simon Brown, explains: “We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with Zoopla for the past 10 years and I’d like to say a huge thank you for their support. However as we head into a new decade it’s time for us to look for the next generation of PropTech champions.

"As we focus on our customer review platform and continue to recognise the best agents, brokers and conveyancers for customer service we want to help consumers make more informed decisions when embarking on the moving process and we want a partner with similar aspirations.”

The new headline partner of the 2021 ESTAS will preside over a different structure for the main ceremony on Friday May 14.

For the first time it will include a conference for agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers.

Brown continues: “We’ll bring together the UK’s top agents, brokers and conveyancers under one roof. These property professionals all play a crucial role in helping customers realise their ambition of moving home so it’s crucial we help them communicate with each other and share best practice. The 2021 ESTAS will provide a unique opportunity for the UK’s best property professionals to network, share ideas and celebrate together with the industry’s leading suppliers.”

The awards will continue to be presented by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer.

This morning Zoopla issued a comment, with chief commercial officer Andy Marshall saying: "Zoopla has had a fantastic 10 years supporting the ESTAS, celebrating the high standards of service provided by property professionals as they help homemovers find the property of their dreams. We wish everyone at the ESTAS the very best and look forward to joining them and cheering from the sidelines in the years to come."
