Some 175,000 pieces of data relating to service in the conveyancing sector have been provided by 7,000 consumers for the second annual Conveyancer Awards organised by The ESTAS.
Much like the group’s estate agency counterpart, the results of the awards are based purely on consumer feedback.
The shortlist for the second annual event has also been revealed and for the first time this year features suppliers to the sector.
Individual members of staff have also been shortlisted for the popular People Awards category.
The winners of all the awards will be announced at the ESTAS Conveyancer Awards, sponsored by SearchFlow, on October 19.
The black-tie event will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair and hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
"I think these figures prove that not only are customers happy to give feedback but many now expect to be given the opportunity to do so," says Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group.
"We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important, not just for hotels and restaurants but property related decisions as well."
Phil Spencer, ESTAS brand ambassador, adds: "Our job is to highlight firms who are providing exceptional levels of customer care throughout the home moving process."
SearchFlow's head of customer experience, Katriona O'Hare, says these awards have already become the benchmark for customer service in the conveyancing sector.
