The scores have been counted and the results are in for the 2019 ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Zoopla.
On Friday, over 1,000 agents, suppliers and property professionals took over the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane to toast the industry's top performers.
It was the 16th annual ESTAS and the glittering ceremony was once again hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
The winners of the ESTAS are based purely on the results of a customer service survey completed by thousands of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
"The ESTAS winners won because they care. That is how the industry will continue to thrive in these difficult times," ESTAS founder Simon Brown told the audience.
