Guild wins award based on customer reviews rated 4.5 and 5.0

The Guild of Property Professionals has won a major award from reviews platform Feefo.

The Feefo Gold Service award is described by the Guild as being given “only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, are awarded.” 

It says this is a badge of honour, because as all Feefo reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation “is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.” 


The Guild met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews in 2017 with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.

“We have been working hard to ensure our customers receive the best service possible, and being able to listen, understand and respond to their needs has enabled us to improve our offering in 2017. We’re looking forward to another successful year ahead” says Iain McKenzie, Guild chief executive.

Meanwhile The ValPal Network has announced a strategic partnership with Feefo.

Members of the network - a product of Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today - can gain access into consumer trends and insights which they can use to sharpen marketing campaigns and improve customer service levels.

Feefo now works with more than 3,800 estate and letting agency offices nationwide and  provides analytical insights from reviews that only consumers who have genuinely purchased or used a service are invited to leave.

Feefo’s artificial intelligence-powered Smart Themes automatically tracks customer sentiment across all reviews, decides what the most popular themes are and collects reviews into convenient topics, enabling agents to see what's trending and learn where they are going right or wrong.

“It's crucial that agent reviews are genuine and from real customers and that's why we see working with Feefo as a real benefit to our members” explains Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network.

"Consumer behaviour is always changing and online reviews now play a huge part in many people's everyday purchasing decisions,” adds Vile. 

“The growth in online reviews of estate and letting agents over the last few years has been considerable and therefore it’s important your agency is seen to embrace the review culture and learn from feedback.”
