Estate Agent Today was named Trade Publication of the Year at the Property Press Awards last night.
The title beat tough competition from BTR News, FTAdviser, LandlordZONE and the NRLA’s Property magazine.
The event was organised by Property4Media and held at The Hilton Bankside in London.
The award period covers Graham Norwood’s editorship and the first few months of his successor Marc Shoffman, who took over in April 2022.
The awards, presented by TV personality and property presenter Phil Spencer, celebrate the work of professionals across the property media, social and communications sectors.
Highlights included the announcement of this year’s Property Journalist of the Year, Outstanding Contribution Award winner and, for the first time, PR Professional of the Year.
Marc was also a nominee for Freelance and Trade Staff Journalist of the Year which were won by Ruth Bloomfield and Inside Housing’s Jack Simpson respectively.
