Let’s start this week with new faces in charge of the Bedford branch of Martin & Co.

He says he’s going to become a PropTech consultant.
Now let’s see who Connells has appointed as its new head of lettings in its Crawley office.
It’s Wendy Tolfrey, who has over 15 years’ industry experience in lettings, and who has said her new goal is to make Connells the town’s agent of choice:
“I’m charged with using my previous experience and extensive knowledge of lettings to grow and develop the team in the branch, to increase our current portfolio of managed properties and to offer a fully comprehensive service to all our tenant and landlord customers” she says.
The retirement sector continues to grow at pace: now Cushman & Wakefield is launching a retirement living service with Caryn Donahue at the helm.

“It was clear to me that SearchFlow is passionate about service and in how it supports its customers and I’m looking forward to working with the team to develop further growth opportunities, while maintaining the company’s core focus on service, which clearly runs through the very heart of the organisation” she says.
Telecoms is an increasingly important aspect of all property industry activities, so the news that Carter Jonas has appointed Mark Talbot as head of telecommunications is a key move for the firm,.
Mark - who is also chair of the RICS Telecoms Forum Board, will work out of the firm’s Birmingham office, servicing the residential and other property teams at the 37 Carter Jonas offices nationwide.
