Savills hires new creative agency to lead residential marketing

Savills has hired Isobel as its main creative agency to work on the marketing of its residential division. 

Communications industry publication Campaign reports that Isobel has been asked to "develop a new creative positioning across all channels" - this will be in the marketing sector, and will not impact on Savills’ existing residential public relations activities.

Before hiring Isobel, Savills worked with The Red Brick Road for five years but this ended because of a conflict of interests when the marketing firm hooked up with easyProperty. 


Isobel was chosen through a a competitive pitching process led by Savills’ head of consumer marketing, Alison Dean.

Clients of Isobel include Werther’s Original, Blossom Hill wine and National Express.
