Ex-Chestertons boss heads lead generation division

One of the growing number of self employed agency brands has created a post to win instructions for its brokers.

Harding Green says its business development division has generated over 600 valuations from a standing start.

A statement says the division was set up “to complement the efforts of Harding Green’s self-employed partners by creating additional opportunities that they would not otherwise have had, allowing them to focus on winning instructions, advising clients and completing transactions.”

The division is run by Robert Mosgrove, former Head of Client Services at Chestertons.

During the first half of 2026, around 21% of all new sales instructions listed by Harding Green originated through the new division, compared with 10% of instructions generated centrally during the previous year.

Harding Green expects the department to book around 1,300 valuations during 2026.

Recent senior appointments to Harding Green include Gareth Kelly, who led Marsh & Parsons’ flagship office for 14 years; Olivia Brocklebank Fowler, who joined Harding Green as a partner after 12 years with Foxtons; and Olivia Highwood, ex-Head of LCP Lettings, who joined Harding Green as Director and Head of Lettings.

Robert Mosgrove comments: “Building the department from the ground up has been incredibly rewarding.

“Today, we consistently book valuations for between five and ten partners in a single day, and that number continues to grow.

“We exist to create opportunities for our partners, providing them with the best possible platform to grow their businesses.“
