Zoopla signs big-name client after four year absence

Zoopla has secured new and renewed partnerships with major UK housebuilders Crest Nicholson, Cala Homes and Allison Homes.

Top ten housebuilder Crest Nicholson returns to Zoopla after four years.

The builder will list all of its new developments on Zoopla and will leverage its Home of the Week product to drive more, high-quality buyer enquiries.

Private house builder Allison Homes, which operates across the East of England, the East Midlands and the South West, has also returned to Zoopla.

This follows the increase in volume of high-quality leads Zoopla has delivered to builders (up 53% over 2025), driven by improved visibility of new homes across the website and the introduction of new features such as search by developer.

Julia Brass, Group Marketing Director at Allison Homes Group says: “Zoopla are genuinely focused on new-homes lead quality and conversion, and their improvements to new-build visibility for consumers back that up. I look forward to working with them to drive a strong return on investment.”

Following these improvements and the increased return on investment Zoopla is now delivering for housebuilders, Cala Homes has extended and broadened its agreement with Zoopla through to 2027, deepening a partnership that continues to deliver results across the business.

Kim Pointon-Taylor, Director of Group Marketing at Cala, adds:”The extension of our partnership with Zoopla reflects the strong results we’ve seen from the platform in attracting the right buyers for our homes. In a competitive market, greater visibility and better matching of motivated home movers to Cala developments is a primary focus. Zoopla’s platform helps customers find the right home quickly and confidently.”

These three new partnership agreements follow Zoopla’s recent acquisition of newhomesforsale.co.uk, a leading UK new-homes-only property portal, in February this year.

The acquisition further enhanced Zoopla’s ability to deliver high-quality buyer leads, stronger conversion rates and improved sales performance for home builders.
