Zoopla launches new video series for agents

Zoopla has launched a free six-part Masterclass video series to help agents capitalise on valuation leads and win more instructions.

The portal says the series provides practical advice tailored to small and independent agencies looking to convert more leads in a market where sellers want more guidance and assurance, not just a conversation about price and fees.

Hosted by agency consultant Ian Preston, the series is entitled Win More Leads: Become a Conversion Master and draws from Preston’s experience running hundreds of growth workshops with agents up and down the country.

Topics covered include why agents lose listings, and why it doesn’t come down to just the fee; the four unique ways to tailor a sales pitch in the living room; how to follow up after a valuation to convert tailored pitches into instructions; and tested scripts for booking the valuation, the introduction call and the valuation visit.

Zoopla customers can access the full Masterclass series by logging into ZooplaPro.

Meanwhile the first episode free to all agents on Zoopla for Business
