Agency launches seventh branch with office that bucks the trend

London and Essex agency Durden & Hunt has opened a seventh office – it’s at Leigh on Sea.

“Opening a physical presence in Leigh-on-Sea was a natural step for us. Leigh-on-Sea is one of the most sought after seaside towns in the South East” explains agency founder James Hunt.

“With a vibrant seafront, charming old town and a thriving mix of independent boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Add in fast rail links into London and it’s easy to understand its enduring appeal for both commuters and families alike as it strikes that rare balance between character and convenience.”

He says the new office – being opened officially next month with a public event -offers an inviting atmosphere.

“We wanted to create an office that felt different from the traditional estate agency, a welcoming, design led space that both our team and clients could enjoy.

“Every detail, from the full size feature tree to the illuminated property displays were carefully considered to create a welcoming environment and to showcase our clients’ homes in the very best light.”

The branch will sell and let across Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Chalkwell, Rayleigh, Thorpe Bay, Hadleigh, Langdon Hills and the surrounding areas.

The firm has seen seven branches open across London and Essex in seven years.
