Fine & Country has a new office in Hampshire as a result of an independent which has joined its network.
Hampshirewide is a new independent agency in the region, run by founder and managing director Paul Wilkinson.
It’s now joined the Fine & Country network which has offices in some 300 locations - mostly in the UK but also overseas.
“When it comes to selling a property we focus on collaboration, transparency, trust and attention to detail in supporting our clients,” says Wilkinson.
“As a team we have knowledge and experience in marketing, negotiating, customer service and property – these individual components, coupled with the Fine & Country marketing tools and services make for a formidable offering” he adds.
“The south is a sought-after region, which has resulted in property prices being higher than the surrounding areas, particularly in Winchester, which was voted best place to live for quality of life by BBC News in 2016.”
The average price of a detached home in Winchester is around £796,111, while the average price of a semi-detached is approximately £486,474.
Prices in Andover are lower with the average price of a detached home costing £472,100 and a semi-detached at around £279,573.
