Andrews Property Group has won the Feefo Trusted Service award, which the agency describes as “an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses which deliver exceptional experiences, rated by real customers.”
The criteria for the award suggest that Andrews must have collected at least 50 reviews in 2017 with a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
“Andrews has a heritage of always delivering a stand-out service to its customers, partners and the communities in which it operates but it’s always nice to have this reaffirmed by an external party – especially one, like Feefo, that is focused on measuring and recognising the delivery of exceptional service” says David Westgate, group chief executive at Andrews.
“Through a platform such as Feefo, we’re able to listen, understand and respond to the needs of our customers and we will all strive to maintain the standard for which we’ve now been recognised.”
Reviews service Feefo is becoming increasingly active in property generally and agency in particular.
The ESTAS now accept Feefo reviews as part of its agency awards process, while The Guild recently won a Feefo award based on customer reviews rated 4.5 and 5.0. Meanwhile Purplebricks - already relying heavily on its Trustpilot reviews - is now working with Feefo which it says “is widely regarded as being transparent, independent and secure, and is trusted by consumers as a vocal advocate of honesty in the reviews industry.”
