A new agency called Sphere Estates will launch next month following a management buy-out of high end overseas property agency Abercrombie and Kent International Estates.
The buy-out was led by Robert Green, AKIE’s general manager for the past three years. The new company is fully funded by private equity and will continue working with Abercrombie & Kent - which is primarily a travel business - to create what it calls “tailor-made inspection trips” to properties the new agency markets.
The new business will focus on core prime real estate markets around the world. These include urban locations appealing to both investors and those looking for primary residences in major global cities and established high end holiday destinations.
