Are these Britain's unluckiest estate agents?

An estate agency in Kent is having to replace its shopfront for the second time in a year.

Last week, the shopfront window at Kings, which is located in Sevenoaks, suddenly imploded.

This comes after a car smashed through the shop window last December.

Speaking of the latest incident, the firm's sales manager, Hayley Johnston, told KentLive: "We're not quite sure how it happened. We've still got property pictures hanging in the window – it's just glassless."

"Everyone is fine – we're still trying to make phone calls among the traffic noise and the fresh air. It's business as usual here. Nothing can stop Kings selling properties," she said.

As in December, all members of staff were left unhurt.

Last year, a 4x4 reversed through the agency's shopfront and into one of its negotiator's desks, who was luckily on a toilet break.

You can see an image of the imploded shopfront on the KentOnline website.

"Last week, the shopfront window at Kings, which is located in Sevenoaks, suddenly imploded."

How does a shopfront suddenly implode? Bizarre. Glad that no-one was hurt and glad to see them remaining stoic in the face of adversity.

I once had to do a viewing on the afternoon of a huge Bristol Rovers match - so I would like to place a claim for the country's unluckiest estate agent. But I don't think I can outdo the above.
