Century 21 UK has opened its latest branch on Buckingham Palace Road in central London.

The franchise is owned by Brighton resident Paul Corcut who has spent much of his career working in London as well as gaining experience in international markets including Russia.

Corcut’s new team speaks five languages between them.

Corcut said: “Being the newest office of the world’s largest residential estate agency organisation – operating in one of the most important business and governmental areas of the UK – means that we will be able to offer local vendors and landlords a genuinely global service which may give us an edge over some other local practices.

“The experience and language skills of our team enable us to provide a truly international offering and genuine expertise in dealing with Russian and Chinese clients.”
