Bidwells adopted its growth plan in 2024, with the aim of doubling the size of the business by 2030.

It currently has some 600 experts managing over £5.2 billion in property assets, and managing or advising on over 4m acres of countryside and coastline, as well as handling extensive rural activities.

It says its Bristol office is comfortably ahead of this planned growth trajectory.

The expansion follows sustained growth in Bidwells’ project activity across the South West.

A spokesperson says: “It’s a testament to the strength of the team and the culture at Bidwells that we are already ahead of our growth ambitions in Bristol.
