For Sale boards still work for marketing, insists agency

Fine & Country has launched a new look For Sale board branding, marking its 25th anniversary in 2026.

The updated boards incorporate the recently unveiled Fine & Country logo, and is – according to the firm – “a cleaner, more modern aesthetic while remaining instantly recognisable.”

A statement says: “In a competitive property market, ‘For Sale’ boards remain one of the most visible and powerful marketing tools.

“The refreshed designs not only enhance curb appeal but also play a crucial role in strengthening brand consistency and supporting agents in winning high-quality instructions.”

To distribute the boards, Fine & Country has partnered with First Signs and Labels and Kremer Signs.

Chief marketing officer Emilie Despois says: “Our ‘For Sale’ boards are one of the most powerful expressions of our brand in the market.

“As we mark our 25th anniversary, it was essential that this highly visible touchpoint reflects the quality, consistency and sophistication that define Fine & Country.
