Agents invited to one-of-a-kind industry compliance webinar

Propertymark is working with an Anti-Money Laundering service to stage a webinar for agents wanting to know more about compliance.

At the end of last year, Propertymark introduced ‘Calm about compliance’ - an audit support service expertly designed to guide agents through the increasingly complex compliance landscape - and this involved an audit team visiting agents' offices and identifying potential areas susceptible to enforcement actions.

Now in the webinar later this month ‘Calm about compliance’ auditor Matt Eades will share insights into the process. 

The aim is for participants to gain a deeper understanding of the compliance requirements, risk assessment and policy development. The webinar will serve as an interactive platform, allowing agents to provide feedback and seek clarification on compliance obligations.
