1,100 expected at tomorrow’s ESTAS awards

Some 1,100 guests are expected to attend the ESTAS awards tomorrow - the first time agents, conveyancers and brokers will gather at such an event since the start of the pandemic.

The awards, sponsored for the first time by Coadjute, will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London.

The awards are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform which highlights the best agents, conveyancers and brokers for customer service in the UK.

The winners are determined purely on verified reviews from customers who are asked questions about the service they have received through the moving process.

The winners will be announced by Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004.

He says: “All property firms have worked incredibly hard, they’ve had to adapt their businesses and absorb considerable costs to follow the protocols and enable things to happen safely.

“Quite simply delivering great service has never been more challenging so The ESTAS Awards for 2021 are the most well deserved ever in their entire eighteen year history.”

Suppliers are also recognised for services to agents, conveyancers and brokers - again based on reviews from their clients.

Angels Media - publisher of Estate Agent Today and official media partner to the ESTAS - will be announcing the Supplier of the Year at the awards.

Dan Salmons, chief executive of Coadjute, says: “On behalf of the Coadjute team, warm congratulations to all the winners this year at The ESTAS.

“As headline partner Coadjute was delighted to see so many outstanding achievements recognised across the industry from everyone involved.

“It has been a real pleasure to support The ESTAS this year and we look forward to enabling the property industry to ‘work better together’ in the coming year.”

*Agents and suppliers have rallied to the call of Kristjan Byfield, who runs base property specialists and PropTech service The Depositary. He will attend tomorrow’s ESTAS in full Viking attire having been pledged £3,000 for Do It For Dom on behalf of the Huntington’s Disease Association. Additional donations can be made here.

Incredibly, having set out initially to raise £1500, we are currently on a whopping £4160 from an array of agents, suppliers as well as client, friends and family. It would be amazing if we could reach £5k by tomorrow for this great cause so, if you haven't yet donated, please donate if you can?
