Richard Rawlings’ Leadhub marketing tool acquired by Spectre

Leadhub, a prospecting tool created by estate agency trainer Richard Rawlings, has been acquired in what he calls “a classic case of friendly competitors joining forces.”

Leadhub is an automated address discovery and mailing service which provides a daily feed of the full address of properties coming to market in chosen postcodes, and reports on the status of properties as they change.

This in turn allows mailing campaigns to be coordinated by agents using the platform.

Leadhub has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by Street Group, the owner of Spectre and the CRM system Street launched last week.

Rawlings says: “This is a classic case of friendly competitors joining forces, and I’m looking forward to continuing to write effective content for both Leadhub and Spectre clients. This partnership is fantastic news for estate agents who are serious about developing their business with targeted, systematic and measurable prospecting that works.”

Spectre says that as a result of the acquisition, Leadhub clients will have access to enhanced reporting tools, postcard mailers and the option to add lettings.

Co-founded by brother and sister entrepreneurs, Heather and Thomson Staff, Spectre - which recently integrated with insight and research consultancy Dataloft - claims to have generated over £15 billion of instructions.

“We’re delighted to welcome Leadhub clients onto the Spectre platform. Our customer success team is already focussed on reaching out to ensure everybody is trained up on Spectre’s different features, to make sure they get the most out of their new prospecting system” says Heather Staff.
