99Home, the agency that describes itself as the country’s fifth largest hybrid, has teamed up with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
MAB will also work with Just-Sold, an online property auction service owned by 99Home.
“99Home is one of the UK's fastest growing online estate agents so we are delighted to be their official mortgage broker. Engagement with a buyer early in their property search is becoming increasingly more important, including the use of digital research tools and communications, with advice available by phone or face to face when the customer is ready” explains Peter Brodnicki, MAB’s chief executive.
Meanwhile Sachin Gupta, chief executive of 99Home, adds: "The vendor will have the opportunity to benefit from a pre-vetted buyer whose finance will be in place already so sales can complete promptly. On the other hand, for buyers we are one-stop-shop so they can bid, buy or plan their next move.”
