High-end agents - new boards, new staff

John D Wood & Co’s new look For Sale and To Let boards have been unveiled in a bid to give the traditional London and Home Counties agency a modern makeover.

The redesign of the boards goes hand-in-hand with the company’s current office refurbishment programme, and contain a larger logo and clearer typography.

They have also been designed to accommodate information regarding local community events and sponsorships the company regularly undertakes. The boards can now be seen across London, Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

The previous board design had been in use for 25 years.

Meanwhile the high end buying agency Prime Purchase - part of the highly profitable Savills empire - is bolstering its presence in the Cotswolds.

Local man Sebastian Hipwood - describing as hailing from “a well-known polo playing family” - joins after five years working directly for Savills. He will work as part of Prime Purchase’s Cotswolds team.

What do the boards look like, then?

A glossy, high-end, slightly pretentious look?

"Local man Sebastian Hipwood - describing as hailing from “a well-known polo playing family”"

Christ, he couldn't sound more like an upper-class stereotype if he tried! Are you sure he's not a Harry Enfield character having you on, Graham?

Ah the image has been changed! Great boards, although probably not that interesting as to warrant a story...
