Strutt & Parker has acquired Edwards & Elliott, a Surrey and Berkshire-based sales and lettings agency with offices in Ascot, Sunningdale and Windlesham.
The addition of the three new offices, including Edwards & Elliott's 20-strong staff and new homes team, takes Strutt & Parker’s network across the UK to 43.
The move particularly enhances the firm's presence in Berkshire and Surrey, where it already has offices in Newbury, Pangbourne, Guildford, Farnham and Haslemere; Ascot, Sunningdale and Windlesham are particularly desirable commuter locations.
Just three months ago Strutt & Parker acquired Roberts Newby, a Buckinghamshire-based practice with offices in Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Giles.
“Acquiring successful and established operators such as Edwards & Elliot and Roberts Newby is a key part of our continued plan for growth, particularly in the Home Counties" explains Andy Martin, senior partner at Strutt & Parker.
