Who are you and what does it say on your business card?

On my card it says: Vincent Anthony, Managing Director of Propertynest.   I am also founder of the business. 

What is Propertynest and what does it do?


is an estate agency franchise.   We have developed a proven marketing, lead generation, and operating system, which includes both bespoke and market leading software applications, fully integrated to provide an ultra-efficient back office and marketing platform.  This means our franchised agents can grow their businesses more easily, be supported, and can spend more quality time with their clients on an individual basis, with continued focus on building long term relationships and local presence.

What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?

The franchise opportunity Propertynest offers includes sales and/or lettings.   Covid sparked the working from home revolution, but our business model was already built to cater for this.  We’ve invested heavily in tech, and a slick combination of the most innovative and award-winning software, training and marketing tools, which gives our agents the ability to focus on growing their new businesses immediately.  Freeing up time to spend with customers on an individual basis adds value and means we can command premium fees.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

At Propertynest our whole team is focused on working for our franchisees to help them build successful businesses.  Our franchisees are our business partners, and we collaborate with them with the shared goal to create a great future together.  

We also operate an owner-run business model where we constantly invest back into the business.  Our team is highly experienced, and we’ve spent time and resources to developing the most effective systems to support our franchisees.   We also partner with Proptech leaders, and our prospecting solutions now enable franchisees to enjoy more marketing benefits than their established competitors, but for a fraction of the price.   All this means our franchisees have the very best chance of success and we can create a thriving business too.


What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

To create and launch the Propertynest brand.  It’s my baby and I’ve grown it from scratch.  It’s now amazing to see the company flourish and grow over the years and transition to a full franchise model which already has several successful franchisees.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

To be able to share the success we have achieved with others through franchising.  I’ve been involved in all aspects of the business as it has expanded and being able to offer a fantastic franchise opportunity is incredibly satisfying.

Country house or city apartment?

 I prefer a country house.  It means open countryside and long walks with the dog!

Trendy roof terrace or traditional English garden?

 English garden, although in a Spanish garden the weather might be better!

Would you rather be a free-moving tenant or settled owner occupier?

 Owner occupier.

What is your favourite room in your home?

 Our living room – it’s where we can have fun and relax as a family.
