What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

We primarily focus on premium properties and support our Property Partners with all the most up to date marketing tools alongside a premium brand, thus securing great fees for our agents across the network

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

An ongoing achievement is working with fantastic agents across the country, supporting them on their journey with Prestige & Village and watching their successes. Our recent break into the international market starting in Dubai is a focus now with the group.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Meeting with people who are as passionate as I am in the industry and sharing new ideas/process and becoming stronger in everything we do.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment? 

There are always going to be challenging moments in all market conditions, it’s how we adapt and support each one of our agents through this and ensure they are getting the right support and guidance when seeking opportunities .

What is your property prediction for the remainder of 2023?

People will always need to move, regardless, so it’s making sure they are aware we are here to support them through the process. We are already seeing a turn in market activity with more buyers and sellers making themselves known, so we anticipate a good year, not one that doesn’t come with caution though.

Would you rather be a free-moving tenant or settled owner occupier? 

Settled owner occupier.

What is your favourite room in your home?

The kitchen, I enjoy preparing and sharing meals with friends and family. 

Homes under the Hammer or Location, Location, Location?

Being a developer myself I see the attraction of homes under the hammer but Location, Location, Location for me.
