How businesses can list properties on Facebook Marketplace

What is Facebook Marketplace?

Marketplace is a discovery and search experience on Facebook designed to help millions of people find their next home.  People can access it from the menu in the Facebook app, or by visiting fb.com/marketplace.

Why should property businesses list on Marketplace?

Property businesses and estate agents can reach people on Facebook where they are already looking for homes, target people on the go with mobile-friendly listings and answer queries with a built-in contact form, all at no extra cost (it’s free to list on Marketplace, but some Marketplace Partners may charge for added-value services).

What can I list on Marketplace?

Both properties for rent, and homes for sale, can be listed on Marketplace.

How do I access leads from Marketplace?

Leads can be accessed from your Facebook Page, or will be sent to you from your Marketplace Partner - depending on how your integration is set up.

Sounds great! How do I get started?

Property businesses and estate agents can automatically upload their property listings by working with a Marketplace Partner - click here to find a local partner.  Or, apply to become a Marketplace Partner and set up a direct integration by emailing commerce-partnerships@fb.com
