The results of the recent Great North Property Auction (GNPA) held on the night of May 15th at the Ramside Hall Hotel in Co Durham have been announced and the event concluded in style with yet another successful night.

60 out of 68 lots sold boasting an 88% success rate equating to almost £3,500,000 in capital value and the GNPA now an average 2012 success rate of 87%.
