The challenge to find the best football team in UK residential property was concluded at the weekend in the Zoopla 7-a-side charity football tournament, where over 48 matches were played across four pitches in one day.

It was a highly competitive affair with 20 teams involved but at the end of the day it was Studenttenantfind.com who saw off Streets Ahead in the hotly contested final.

They took home the trophy, with Streets Ahead runners-up and Taylors third.

Additional accolades were awarded to Jeff Quantrell of Streets Ahead who earned himself ‘Player of the Tournament’ and Pat Clark of Taylors who scored the ‘Goal of the Tournament’, while Gibbs Gillespie won ‘Best Kit’ for their professional and striking navy blue kit.

In a bid to raise more funds for the Estate Agency Foundation, all players tried their boot at the Zoopla half-time house challenge, featured in every Premier League home game at The Hawthorns this past season. A total of 11 players beat the challenge and netted a further £5,500 for the EAF.

The day raised £9,500 for the Foundation.

The 20 teams that played were: Aspire, Davis Tate, Edmund Cude, Gibbs Gillespie, Intercounty, The Bridge LsL Property Services, jdm, JP & Brimelow, Kings Group, Laports, Miles & Barr, Adams Estates, Persimmon Homes Lancashire, Proffitt and Holt Partnership, Square Mile, Streets Ahead, CPS Lettings, Taylors Central, StudentTenantFind.com, and ZPG.
