Agents’ rental properties listed on property portals could be out of date or duplicates, according to research by Upad, a portal that aims to connect tenants and private landlords directly.

Upad claimed that on the four major property portals, one third of rental properties listed were out of date and one in ten were duplicates.

    Is this really worthy of a news story? Its like stating that in supermarkets the bread with the longer sell by date is placed behind the bread with the shorter sell by date!!!....Shock Horror!!!
