Leading London agent Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has announced ambitious expansion plans.
With 50 branches across the capital, the independent opened three new offices earlier this year and says it plans further openings next year.
Managing director Lee Watts said: “Following the opening of three new branches in Holland Park, Brook Green and Raynes Park earlier this year, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is continuing its aggressive expansion plan across London.”
The firm, which currently employs some 650 people, has also relocated two of its branches, in Chiswick and Ealing, to larger premises where both have opened new lettings divisions, and opened a new lettings office in its Bayswater branch.
The firm’s motto is “Completely London”.
