Software company Core Systems has launched a new feature, ‘Vendor Login’, on EncoreLive.

It enables agents to provide sellers with real-time information via an internet browser.

The information includes viewing history with comments; marketing history; offers history; website statistics, showing the number of times the properties was ‘viewed’; and conveyancing updates.

Geoff Core, founder of Core Systems, said: “Winning instructions is the first challenge for an estate agent in this economic climate, but keeping them until the sale is completed is equally as important. Being able to provide vendors with up-to-date information at any stage during the sales process is a key element in giving them the confidence that their property is in good hands.

“Our Vendor Login feature can help agents to give vendors a great level of customer service.”

Yes, I think we first saw this in Dezrez's offering. We've offered it since we launched in '04 - have a look at any Expert Agent powered site - and since the Foxtons TV expose, lots of agents, particularly those in London, see it as a big part of their pitch.
