Kremer Signs have recently supplied Felicity J Lord for both the office fascia signage and their residential estate agency boards as part of their company rebrand.
The latest large group of estate agents to require this service was Felicity J Lord, part of Spicer Haart, which took advantage ofKremer Signsexpertise.
Project manager and MD Steve Gosney has been handling the rebrand since initial contact back in December. ‘This project was different to most because FJL were looking to break the mould of a ‘standard’ for sale board. The initial idea was to create a 3D box board made from correx and then fixed to the hangman style post, creating a very upmarket look for the brand. The design team then worked with production to make the project viable and after lots of research and development, created a product that everyone was happy with.
Once the rebrand and design was agreed, we then started to focus on the brand consistency between the estate agency boards and office fascia signage. The Chiswick office (above) was finished with aluminium sign trays, stand-off lettering and a projecting sign to compliment the office. Internally, Kremer Signs were asked to work on the back wall logo and a bespoke wall map, printed onto canvass and colour coded to suit the brand.
