The ESTAS, the largest awards in the property industry, has finished the year with record entries to next years’ awards. Nearly 700 agency offices will battle it out in 14 regions around the UK with one agency office taking the Grand Prix title when the winners are announced in May.
“We’ve been overwhelmed with the interest we have received from agents this year” says Simon Brown, MD of the ESTAS.
"With 2015 looking to be a good year for the property industry generally agents realise that competition will be fiercer than ever and taking part in the ESTAS provides a great way to differentiate yourself. The ESTAS are judged purely on ratings from customers and therefore provide valuable feedback data and testimonials which present powerful marketing tools for agents.
Competition entries for the 2014 awards close on 31st December and the voting deadline is 31st January but plans are already well under way for the 2015 competition, as Brown explains.
He said: “Due to the demand from our existing ‘ESTA’ agents we are launching the 2015 competition from the beginning of January 2014. That means agents can really use the competition as an integral part of their customer service strategy throughout the calendar year. All sellers, buyers and landlords who experience an agents’ service in 2014 are eligible to complete one of our questionnaires. Agents can track their customer service ratings on a monthly basis and really use the feedback to focus on different aspects of their service to ensure they are always one step ahead.”
