A motor racing agent is set to share his secrets on how agents can think like a Formula 1 team and accelerate their business.

Organised by iamproperty, Neil Martin, who is former head of strategy for FERRARI F1, and team leader for MCLAREN, will discuss what agents can learn from the success of some of Formula 1’s greatest teams – with plenty of stories from the track throughout.

Neil is described as a pioneer in the use of data analytics in Formula 1 motor racing and has spent the past 25 years developing world-class solutions, with software he has designed and developed currently used by over half of the Formula 1 grid today. During his career, he has become an expert in managing risk, optimising performance and decision-making using the power of data.
