Video – what can UK agents learn from their Australian counterparts?

In this latest video feature, EAT’s video reporter Chris Buckler speaks to Christian Scandurra, Sales Director at VaultEA, and a former agent himself in England, Spain and Australia, about the importance of automation, streamlining systems and saving on time so agents can focus on other things.

In the five-and-a-half-minute long video, Scandurra also outlines why agents should spend less time on their systems – by automating and streamlining them – and more time on face-to-face interaction with clients. He argues people are spending too much time on their computers and not enough on those money-producing moments.

Later in the video, Buckler asks him what British agents can learn from their Aussie cousins, with Scandurra arguing that they are a lot more forward-thinking, embracing technology to their advantage.


He says the UK industry is a little bit behind, but with the tools now there to play catch-up with agents down under.
