In the video, which runs to just over eight minutes, Ridgway outlines why tech adoption is vital for the property sector and that making mistakes is part of the process, as long as you learn from them.
He argues tech can help with process improvement, to remove or shorten admin tasks. He also says the digitisation of consumer-led services is a good thing, in part, but also something agents need to be a little wary of.
