Business-building videos target ambitious agents

The Guild of Property Professionals has created a six-part video series on how to build business.

The videos look at brand building, creating opportunities rather than simply chasing leads, winning instructions through effective pitching, and developing successful marketing strategies.

Hosted by Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie, the episodes draw on his own experience building an independent agency, sitting in front of clients, winning instructions, overcoming objections and competing in a challenging marketplace.

“Having been an agent and a Guild Member myself, I understand the realities of being on the front line, from winning instructions and standing out against competitors to building trust with client” he says. “That experience shapes the way I approach supporting our members today.”

The series – called Inside the Network – is available to Guild members from this month.
