North East agent to continue on the acquisition trail

Pattinson Estate Agency is on the lookout for more acquisitions.

The family-owned North East agency said it wants to acquire businesses that can continue to run with the same staff and even owners in place.

Over the past six months, it has acquired Ryedales in Cramlington, Browns in Norton and NS Bennetts in Stanley. These strategic acquisitions increased the Pattinson branch network to 28.

Founder Keith Pattinson said: “We are actively seeking further opportunities to acquire or take over other estate agencies and related businesses.

“Our acquisition strategy is designed to integrate seamlessly, ensuring continuity and growth for the businesses we take on.

“We are committed to retaining the existing stock, staff and even the owners if they wish to continue their involvement working day to day in the business."

Group managing director Justin Beckwith added: “Our expansion reflects our commitment to enhancing our service offerings and market presence, and we invite estate agency owners interested in exploring acquisition opportunities to contact us and learn more about the process and the benefits.

“We aim to offer a seamless integration process, ensuring continuity and stability for all involved in the businesses acquired."
