Premium agency network welcomes two new licensees

A premium agency network launched by former Fine & Country boss David Lindley has appointed two new licensees.

The network now operates in 16 locations.

Simon Cowie, after several years in the premium homes market, is building his upmarket homes business under the By Design brand in Warwickshire, joining the growing network of agents across the country.

He is already marketing his first million pound instruction only a few days into his new business.

Cowie said: “By nature I am very thorough, and spent a long time researching the brand with those already working with in it, and with trusted advisors who work closely with By Design, so I knew it was the right fit for me and my values.

“The freedom and support to grow not only my business in the premium market, as well as exclusivity over the brand in my area was incredibly appealing, and I am already starting to recruit a team of agents alongside me to build something very exciting.”

Meanwhile, Richard Austen, having been Managing Director for a well-established agency in Cambridgeshire, has also joined the network.

He said: “Having seen the success of By Design, and also having known David for some time, I was excited to build my business with a brand which gives me differentiation to win luxury listings, as well as the support to build a team of agents around me here too.”

Launched at the end of last year, By Design agents will work together under the centralised Lifesycle CRM and will automatically receive selling opportunities created by their colleagues around the country as they register buyers and vice versa.

The network will also provide national branded marketing, training, and software to help agents win premium instructions.
