London agent reveals new acquisition

London agent Martyn Gerrard has acquired Palmers Green-based estate and lettings agent Range Homes.
 
The deal, worth almost £1m, will see the services offered by Range Homes, which include lettings valuations and management, guaranteed rent packages, and property management, integrated into the comprehensive lettings services already offered by Martyn Gerrard across north and northwest London, and beyond.

Range Homes’ founder Chanel Ali will continue to work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team.

The acquisition will especially support the continued growth of Martyn Gerrard’s recently launched Winchmore Hill office, which opened its doors in January 2023.
