The closing bell is ringing for estate and letting agents across the UK to participate in this year's Voice of the Agent survey.
Agents have until this weekend to contribute.
The research, conducted by former Fine & Country boss Simon Leadbetter’s unchained.marketing brand, collects data on key trends and technologies influencing the real estate landscape.
More than 600 property professionals have responded already.
The survey explores industry-wide opinions on topics such as politics, economic conditions, housing matters, and pressing issues like the adoption of AI, mental health, and discrimination within the sector.
Leadbetter said: "I am a huge believer in the wisdom of the crowd and, having run a similar survey in financial services for seven years, I wanted to collect and share the views of the agents in the arena, actually doing the job.
“This year's Voice of the Agent will provide powerful insight on what works and what doesn't, removing much of the guesswork for anyone who reads it."
