Ben Madden has outlined further plans for his Agents MVMT initiative and the Pass the Syrup podcast.
Madden, of Fine & Country Turnham Green Terrace, is marking reaching 15 podcast episodes and said he wants the recordings and Agents MVMT group to be a way for agents to communicate together better and learn from each other.
The podcast has reached 4,000 views and has more than 100 subscribers on its YouTube page.
He said the idea of Agents MVMT and the podcast is to support those who may not have access to education and training or a network to interact with.
Madden suggested that those not in senior management or leadership are sometimes overlooked when it comes to support.
He said: “The point is to serve the agency world in terms of information and communication.
“Estate agency is quite an insular business. You know what is going on in your room but often not elsewhere…the idea is to have an entertainment led, light-hearted look at agency.
“It is a different way of educating and bringing agency forward.”
