Lomond has launched a new leadership development programme.
Working with coaching brand FranklinCovey, the scheme aims to develop the finest leadership talent within the organisation.
The programme comprises of three strands, LOMONDtransform for its senior leadership team, LOMONDelevate for other management teams and LOMONDaccelerate for emerging talent.
