Hunters’ Surrey Quays office has been taken over by franchise partner Richard Wells.
He is already owner of the Hunters Catford office and having lived and worked in South East London for more than 30 years, Wells brings extensive local knowledge of the area’s property market.
He acquired the Catford office 10 years previously as well as the Sydenham business four years ago.
Wells said: “This is a fantastic opportunity not only to take over an existing portfolio and database, but also to get involved with one of London’s most exciting areas for property.
“With more than 100 years of property experience between us, I believe that our team is well-placed to provide a quality service to the South East London market.”
Rob Smith, managing director at Hunters, added: “Following this change in leadership, we are looking forward to watching the continued success of the Hunters brand in Surrey Quays.
"Richard has many years of experience in South East London, and will ensure that Hunters plays a key role in the future of this exciting market.”
