An upmarket agency network launched by former Fine & Country chief executive David Lindley has reported “rapid growth” in its first six months since launch.
Lindley teamed up with Mark Burgess, chief executive of Iceberg Digital and the Lifesycle CRM and industry trainer Matt Giggs, founder of the Giggs Group last year to launch By Design.
The idea is that agents work together under the centralised Lifesycle CRM and will automatically receive selling opportunities created by their colleagues around the country as they register buyers and vice versa.
Estate Agents are now using the By Design branding and marketing in 14 locations across the country, Lindley said.
He added: “We have been incredibly busy since launch and we are delighted to be working with some absolutely brilliant agents around the country, growing our presence in the premium markets.
“By Design offers Agents a ready-made marketing vehicle to diversify their business into the premium market and with it the opportunity to generate significant additional income with minimal overheads on an exclusive basis in their area.”
Giggs said: “I am very excited about the future of By Design; and even more so at our ability to generate seller leads for our agent members, which so far is in excess of 1,800 vendor enquiries which are being nurtured through our journalist-written content, and combined in our central Lifesycle marketing and CRM system.”
