ESTAS Awards shortlist to be revealed with new gong up for grabs

Property industry customer review platform ESTAS is preparing to reveal its regional and national shortlists for their 2023 awards.

The nominees for the much-anticipated ESTAS Awards will be revealed in a series of YouTube broadcasts throughout May.

The annual ESTAS Awards, with headline partner Coadjute, 

highlight the levels of customer service delivered by the best agents, property lawyers, mortgage brokers and suppliers in the UK. 

The regional and national shortlists will be revealed in a series of virtual events held at 12pm every Friday in May.

Each event will also include an hour long afterparty session, provided by Sprift Soundcast DJs, to help firms celebrate their success.

The Sprift Soundcast, launched in February, features professional DJs and musicians who work for Sprift, including founder Matt Gilpin, head of surveyor technology Jamie Craddock, business development manager Alex Somers and board advisor, Louisa Fletcher.  Earlier this month, Michael Booth from Coadjute also featured as a guest DJ.  Every Friday afternoon, a new 60-minute session is released, hosted on Soundcloud, which can be streamed via mobile or desktop. 

Ben Marley, commercial director of ESTAS, said: “Every firm who makes one of our prestigious shortlists has achieved the ESTAS standard of excellence, based on the service ratings they have achieved via customer reviews submitted through the ESTAS review platform. 

“These reviews have been completed at the end of the moving experience, so provide a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that’s been delivered to the end client. We’ve calculated and monitored service ratings over a 12-month period meaning that the standard provides a kitemark demonstrating the consistent service performance of each firm over the last year.”

The first event will take place at 12pm on Friday 5 May and can be viewed on the platform’s YouTube page.

The event will include the announcement of a brand-new award sponsored by Coadjute.

The regional and national winners will be announced at the 20th annual ESTAS ceremony held in London on 20 October. 

The ceremony will be hosted by TV presenter and property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top professionals.
