Winkworth is expanding its operations to focus on land and new homes opportunities across London.

Dominic Agace, chief executive of Winkworth, said the ambition is to establish a London presence across its 60 offices in the capital, followed by regional hubs across the network to provide nationwide coverage.

Agace added: “There are huge opportunities to work with Winkworth franchisees, leveraging their strategic locations, hyper-local experience and knowledge established over 40 years, to extend Winkworth’s reach and offering in a rapidly changing residential market.”

New homes expert Charles Jordan has joined the business as part of the growth of the development and commercial investments division led by Adam Stackhouse.

As head of new Homes, Charles Jordan, who worked with agents Fraser & Co handling prime new developments ranging from apartments in Canary Wharf to penthouses in Mayfair, will be leading a team from Winkworth’s headquarters in London’s St James’s.

The new homes team will offer strategic advice and support to developers, backed by a full sales service for buyers searching for a home or an investment property, from purchasing off-plan to completion.

Jordan said: “Winkworth is a highly respected and trusted brand and I am delighted to be joining them to expand the new homes offering - building a team with a deep understanding of the landscape, including pricing trends, property types and buyer preferences.

“We look forward to working with landowners, developers and property companies to provide a first-class service throughout the sales process - as an extension of their in-house teams.”

Stackhouse added: “There is huge potential in London for a fully integrated operation in the new homes market, combining the experience and track record of our developments and commercial investments division, with a focused new homes sales service.
